MIDWAY DISTRICT —
A man’s body was found Tuesday on a freeway on-ramp in the Midway District, California Highway Patrol officers said.
The body was found shortly after 5 p.m. on the on-ramp from Hancock Street to south Interstate 5, Officer Danielle McComb said.
The identity of the person who died, described only as male, was not immediately available, McComb said.
The cause of death was unclear.
Officers said they’re not investigating any vehicles as being involved.
