Shelter Provider Forum, Kennedy Commission, Community
Continuum of Care Quarterly Meetings, and the Anaheim
Collaborative to Assist Motel Families. |

Through
our Community Support Program, we are able to work with
agencies individually to develop individual
Agency Readiness Plans, collaborate with
subject matter experts where needed, and provide technical
assistance to agencies as identified. |

Long-term
targeted technical assistance is available
to agencies on an individual basis, and includes all areas
of non-profit management, from agency development to fund
development, from board recruitment to human resources.
There may be a nominal charge for individual targeted
technical assistance. |

In
depth technical assistance is available to SuperNOFA applicants.
We are available to assist in the various facets of the
application process at no charge. |

OC
Partnership will serve as a fiscal or administrative
lead on collaborative projects for inexperienced
non-profit agencies, as determined on a case-by-case
basis. The goal of serving as the fiscal intermediary
is to assist the agency in qualifying for program funding
that they may not otherwise qualify, and to provide
a hands-on training opportunity in organizational, financial
and/or contract management so that the agency develops
the organizational experience and capacity to pursue
similar opportunities independently. |
