Services Overview
Quarterly Continuum of Care Meetings
Orange County’s CoC planning process is rooted in the community, specifically through the CoC Community Forum (Forum).  The Forum has an open membership.  Any person or group that wants to contribute to the efforts to eliminate homelessness in Orange County is encouraged to join. Community Forum meetings are held quarterly; an average of 125-150 public and private agencies are represented at these meetings.
