Management Information System Overview |
| Orange
County is part of a regional collaboration to implement an online
database system for homeless and at-risk service providers that
will streamline the service delivery process, assist with meaningful
data collection, and help meet the homeless client's needs.
The
online database, Client Management Information System (CMIS),
is a system for tracking the use of homeless programs and producing
an unduplicated count of the people using those programs. |

| “I was very impressed and grateful
for the individual attention and training offered by OC Partnership
recently. Their patient staff helped FIES understand the reporting
capabilities available in CMIS, and in addition, offered to
help us design other reports for outcome measurement. Thanks
OC Partnership!”

| "OC Partnership has a kind,
responsive and highly skilled staff that helps Toby's House
on a weekly basis! Thanks to their amazing work, Toby's House
now uses CMIS for our entire grant reporting for all grants
we receive. They have helped us make the most of this tool.
We now have a centralized, consistent and comprehensive database
to track all our client activity. OC Partnership has also provided
fantastic training for grant writing, reporting and compliance.
They always make trainings fun with open discussion and yummy
refreshments! And lastly, OC Partnership provides a forum for
the homeless providers to stay connected so we can help each
other help the homeless. Thanks OC Partnership!! " Jolie
