Advocacy

development of permanent and affordable housing has remained
the countys highest priority within homeless services
for the past several years. Even the most successful transitional
housing graduates face the challenge of identifying affordable
and sustainable housing. OC Partnership continues to grant a
voice to this issue, and other issues affecting Orange County
homeless services providers.Advocacy
