The Orange County
Capacity Building Program (OCCBP) is designed to provide valuable support
to faith and community-
based organizations
looking to improve their
ability to serve low-income individuals and families in
the community. Through
free capacity building workshops, technical assistance and financial assistance, this unique program seeks to
strengthen the capacity
of eligible orange county organizations that provide workforce development,
job readiness, and support services such as trans-portation, child care, or wardrobe assistance.
