OC Partnership has helped acquire more than $116 million dollars in funding for county transitional/supportive housing programs since 1998.


10 Year Plan to End Homelessness in Orange County – Contributed to the completion of Orange County’s 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness. The 10 Year Plan was unanimously approved by the Board of Supervisors in January 2010.

Lead agency responsible for implementing Orange County’s Client Management Information System (CMIS), the regional database of clients and services providers that tracks service needs and usage patterns to better understand and address the barriers to success that homeless and at-risk populations face. CMIS currently contains information on over 33,000 clients and represents the activities of 88% of Orange County shelters.

Facilitated seminars to increase staff education levels and agency capacity. Hosted technical training classes in collaboration with the OC Volunteer Center and Tech MD.
Creation of the Motel Families Strategic Plan to identify best practices in service delivery and coordination to homeless motel families and individuals.
Increased network of homeless and at risk providers, advocates and other stakeholders to over 2,300 individuals representing our partner organizations. This resulted in a 38% increase from 2009. OC Partnership continues to serve as the central point of information dissemination and provided 226 linkages to community awareness, funding, resource sharing, and educational opportunities.
Facilitated the Southern California Lead Continuum of Care Agency Roundtable, which includes leaders from eight Southern California counties.
Completed a pilot project with 2-1-1 to facilitate centralized intake for County funded HPRP programs. This initial effort allows us to begin the multi-stage effort of measuring the linkage between request for safety net services, actual service usage and rate of turnaways as outlined in the 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness.
